Applications from practices

The application form asks for your work email and practice name. Your accounting software is optional. Please do not submit client information or documents.

When you apply, we use your contact details to manage your application and to email you about access to Marvin Works, as you asked. Your consent covers access information from Marvin Works; it does not permit unrelated marketing. Applying does not guarantee a place or an access date.

Our lawful basis is your consent. We keep your application for 12 months after you apply. If your practice is selected, your details become part of our customer records.

You can withdraw your application and your consent at any time by contacting us. We then delete your application within 30 days. This does not affect any lawful use before withdrawal.

Investors and funds

The enquiry form in Investors and funds asks for your name, organisation or fund, and work email. A message is optional. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue that conversation with you.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. We keep these details for 24 months after our last contact with you.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by contacting us.

Written enquiries

If you email us or write to our registered office, we use the information in your message to respond to that enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive information or client records.

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable record-keeping obligation.

Where your information is kept

Form submissions are received and stored by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, acting on our instructions as our processor. They are stored in data centres in the European Union, which UK law recognises as providing adequate protection.

Cloudflare is a US company. Any transfer outside the UK is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

To prevent abuse, we keep limited technical records about form requests for up to 30 days. These records do not include what you typed into the form.
